This Week We Did…… By: Anna Mapes, Kayla Milarch and Maddie Chilson
-On Monday we had Veterans Day and had an assembly
for all of the veterans that wanted to come!
-On Tuesday the 5th and 6th graders did not have music
so we got to draw and play games on our Chromebooks!
-On Wednesday the 5th graders learned about vikings and
how they built their ships.
-On Wednesday the 6th graders learned about cuckoo
- On Thursday 5th graders made food chains, food webs and food pyramids
Also congratulation Austin on being 100% fluent in Reflex
News this week
Monday- -No School-
Tuesday- we had to have our projects due this day and we got the opportunity to show the 2nd,3rd and 4th grade our projects !
Wednesday- we showed our native american tribe and island projects to parents during conferences!
Thursday- Thursday was a half day, but we will color our veteran’s day poster, and we are able to spend our class economy money in our store and we all watched the movie Home!
Friday- In math 6th grade moved seats and so far the seats are working
Wear red white and blue on Monday Nov. 12 for Veteran's Day
News this week
On wednesday was Halloween😈 and that day we had our party!
-Thursday we had to have our rough draft due and put the longitude and latitude lines on it.

Science- we have been learning about ecosystems and we all did a biome Google slideshow and presented to the class.

6th continued reading Percy Jackson chapters 6-11
5th was finishing the Maya, Inca, and Aztec unit and is going onto poetry next week.
6th grade is working on the area of parallelograms and triangles.
5th grade is still working on adding and subtracting decimals
6th grade has been working to memorize definitions of the unit on five themes of geography.
5th Grade is studying Native Americans of the Northwest
